Provided in Table A- I are the 3- month average daily flows and the percent pennitted capacity of I the City's WWTP in relation to the permitted capacity of the facility. As indicated ITom this data, since January 1998, the 3- month average daily flow ranged from a minimum of2. 174 MGD in January 2002 to. a maximum of 3.428 MGD in March 1998. Additionally, as noted in Table A- I the 3- month average daily flow has exceeded the 50 percent permitted capacity level of the WWTP except for the months of December 2001, and January and February 2002. Since i January 1998, 3- month average daily flow to the facility ranged from approximately 1. 7- percent under to 26. 1- percent over the permitted capacity of the WWTP, and averaged 7. 2- percent over. I.." I The 3- month average daily flow and the monthly average daily flow experienced at the City' s WWTP for the period between January 1998 and June 2002 is illustrated graphically on Figure I 3- 3 with 4. 50 MGD and 2. 25 MGD ( 50- percent of permitted capacity) limits, also shown. I FDEP Rule 62- 600.405 ( 4) uses the 3- month average daily flow exceeding the 50- percent of permitted capacity limit as a threshold for a Capacity Analysis Report having to be submitted, if not already done so during a required pennit renewal application. Section 3. 2 of this report m addresses future WWTP flow projections and the impact of increased flows to the City' s WWTP. Ii The peak hourly flows to the City' s WWTP can be estimated by reviewing the radial flow charts, located in the facility' s monthly operating notebooks.
