RESOLUTION NO. 72-22
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SALE FROM AUTOMATION
INDUSTRIES, INC., VITRO SERVICES DIVISION, TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN PROPERTY FOR THE CITY INDUSTRIAL
TRACT, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the City Manager, on behalf of the City
of Fort Walton Beach, is hereby authorized to execute
the attached contract of sale for the purchase of the
property described therein , from Automation Industries,
Ine., Vitro Services Division.
SECTION II. That this resolution being of administra-
tive nature shall take full force and effect immediate-
ly upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
