To obtain an original agreement signed by our Executive Director, complete and forward both copies. You will be billed by this Division monthly for the total number of minutes of SUNCOM traffic that you generate. In addition, a separate bill will be issued for the one time installation costs required to provide SUNCOM access at the required grade of service.
