The draft contains blanks for names and Title of the executing officer, and the authorized attorney providing the opinion letter required in Attachment C, Note that Attachment B must be the resolution or other official evidence of the County’s approval to settle. Let us know when you have the appropriate authorization and can provide the information for the blanks and we will send over a final document for execution.
