STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Public Works has received a signed Warranty Deed for the right-of-

BACKGROUND: Staff is in the process of obtaining the necessary right-of-way along
Okaloosa Lane to pave the existing dirt portion from Shoal River Middle School north to Aplin

Warranty Deed with the expectation of payment by the County. This is the first of seven parcels
required from private property owners in order to construct the project; efforts continue to obtain
all other remaining parcels.
