Pursuant to Florida Statute Title XVIII, Chapter 274. 07, the City is required to record in the Council minutes the disposal of fixed assets identified as meeting the above mentioned criteria. DISCUSSION Attached is a list of items that have been identified in accordance with Florida Statute for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006. These items were disposed of, traded in, or sold at auction. RECOMMENDATION Staff respectfully requests authorization, pursuant to Florida Statute Title XVIII, Chapter 274. 07, to record in the Council minutes, the removal of fixed assets per the attached list from the City' s accounting records.
