A RESOLUTION PROVIDING THAT THE NET REVENUES
FROM THE GOLF COURSE SHALL BE ANNUALLY APPRO-
PRIATED FOR USE IN THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the net revenues of the Golf Course are
be annually appropriated for the use
hereby directed to
and development of the Parks and Recreation Department in
Beach. The term " net revenues" as
the City of Fort Walton
herein defined shall mean that revenue remaining after pay-
ment of expenditures for the Golf Course.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect thirty
30) days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
