BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: July 7, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: David Skarzynski, Budget Manager : Dist All SUBJECT: Budget Resolutions & Transfer STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of the Budget Resolutions & Transfer. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Tourist Development Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for allocation of 2nd and 3rd cent to the 1st cent, in the amount of $3,577,060. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Law Enforcement Trust Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for confiscated property proceeds, in the amount of $24,136. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Enterprise Florida, Inc. (EFI) for Shoal River military installation buffering project grant, in the amount of $200,000. BT-15-34, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund. Board approved transfer of reserves for the purchase of a vehicle at the June 16, 2015 meeting, in the amount of $152,000. RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board approval of attached Budget Resolutions & Transfer.
