AN ORDINANCE VACATING A ‘CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following described alley is hereby
abandoned and vacated:
That portion of the alley which is behind Lots 10 & 11,
Ocean City Subdivision (10 & 12 Elm Ave., S.E.)
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon approval by Council, and signature by the Mayor.
