Motion was seconded by Mr. Rosenbaum.
Mr. Mikel, Assistant City Manager. wanted to know if a
group has reserved an area with their own concession
stand, would this allow these non- profit groups to come
in on top of the group that already has concessions
provided for their particular event at the park that
day. He gave the example of Sunday in The Park which
provides their own concession stands.
Mr. Maney stated it is necessary to do what can be done
to encourage what little tiny bit of culture is in this
town. Mr. deVaux suggested to designate an area inside
the park for the popcorn machine to be placed.
