MltNUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FORT
WALTON, FLORIDA, HELD lI~RCH 21, 1949
This meeting called for the wxpress purpose of passing Ordinance
55, on third and final reading.
Ordinance # 55 heing an emergency Ordinance providing for the
execution of two notes for payment of notes now due and payable to
the Bank of Crestview! Crestview, Florida, and Peter Pirsch and Sons
Company of Kenosha, Wlscon$in, was read in full.
Motion was made by W. C. Walker, Duly seconded by S. E. Lindsey
that Ordinance # 55 be passed on third reading.

hereby waive notice of the Time, place and purpose of the Special
Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Fort Walton, and do fi~ the
21st day of March at 1030 A. M. as the time, and office of the ~ myor,
in the Town of Fort Walton, as the place of such meeting.
We further consent to the transaction of all business as brought
before us" and do hereby sign such waiver as part of the minutes of this
meeting.
