This procedure would not change under the new fee structure and, in fact, would fall in line with

Staff recommends removing the Fire Suppression Fee - $ 500 and Service Fee - $ 150 and adding
the itemized equipment billing schedule.

13 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON

16 Section I - That the City CmU1cil hereby amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule as
17 attached, and which is made a part hereof.

19 Section IT - All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
20 repealed.
