Fabre Engineering, Inc. completed the planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for the fifty-two boat' slip private marina with the following features: Removal of the -entire existing marina structures including piers, pilings, covered slips, bait house, bulkhead, etc. Relocation of the bait house and restroom facilities to an upland site in conjunction with the condominium structure and construction of an attractive, organized marina structure. Removal of all fish cleaning stations and new design for a designated uplands location. Installation of diesel and gasoline fueling facilities. Installation of a new sewage pump- out facility located near the fuel docks and under the control of a dock master. Fabre Engineering provided planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for the project. Page: 5  Waterview Towers Marina Phases I andll: This project is located in Destin Harbor in Destin, Florida and consists of thirty slips for vessels trom 2.0 to 50 feet. Lighting, electrical service, and water service are provided. Fabre Engineering was responsible for planning, design, and permitting for the two projects. Grand Harbor Marina: This project involved the design, permitting, surveying, property owner notification/agreements for the construction of a twenty open boat slip marina including a 496' multi- family pier, sixteen finger piers, and upland parking. Fabre Engineering, Inc. was also responsible for the necessary dredge and fill permitting. This project is located in Destin Harbor in Destin, Florida. ht Marina ( Ship' s Chandler): Wri!! Fabre Engineering, Inc. completed all design phases, permitting, and surveying for the construction of a eighteen slip marina with boat lifts including one 1 00' seawal~ fish cleaning station, sewage pump- out station, ten finger piers, a " T" shaped dock, a water, electrical and fuel installations. Upland parking was also included. This marina was Harbo~ jn completed for private, public, and commercial use. This project is located in Destin Destin, Florida. . Santa Rosa Yacht Club Marina: This marina was severely damaged from Hurricane Opal. Fabre Engineering, Inc. provided all surveying, design, and the pel mitring to rebuild, reconfigure, and expand stonn- damaged marina. The project included design and pennitting of an 80- foot seawall extension, the addition of four boat slips and replacement of existing . piling. The addition of the boat slips added protection for the fuel stations and sewage pump- out
