(b) Upen-epprevat-ef-said-bend; The person desiring to do such work, shall secure from the city clerk a nontransferable license which shall run until the first day of October next succeeding its issuance unless sooner revoked. The person obtaining a license shall pay an annual license fee ef-seventy—five {$7500 as established by the City of Fort Walton Beach to the city clerk; provided, however, any license obtained after the first day of April of any year shall be computed at the rate of one-half(4s) of the annual fee.
