1) RESOLUTION NO. b 6 -39 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO LEASE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM THE AMERICAN LEGION, THE ROGER HINSON POST NO. 235, INC. FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS FOR A CERTAIN RENTAL, PRO- VIDING THE TERMS THEREOF, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ClTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Manager on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to lease from the American Legion, The Roger Hinson Post No. 235, Inc., in accordance with the lease attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set forth fully herein. SECTION 2. This resolution being of an administrative nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its pas- Sage and approval by the Mayor.
