SLCTION I. r
That the territory of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida,
described as follows be and the same is hereby re- zoned from
R1A to R2: " Lots 3, 4,, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9, Block A and that portion of Block A
lying between Lots 8 & 9, Block A and that portion of Section 23,
Twwnship 2 South, Range 24 West, lying adjacent to and immediately
East of Lot 9, Block A, all in Sea Breeze Addition # 1 to Fort Walton
Beach, Florida, according to plat thereof recorded in the public records 0

Okaloosa County, Fla. SECTION II.
That the requirements of Section 8, C. of Ordinance # 100
of the City of Fort Walton Beach, florida, which sub- section
pertains to Bui~ ding Site Area Required, be and the same are
hereby waived as to the property set forth in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION II I.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict! with
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV.
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty ~30) days after
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
