Al\IENDiVIENT TO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
The undersigned, being the owner( s) of a lot within that residential subdivision known as
Gamier Beach as depicted on the Amended Map of Gamier Beach, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 156, Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, previously
known as Garnier Beach, Plat Book l, Page 124, do hereby release and relinquish exclusively to
Eglin Corners, LLC and/ or assigns, those Restrictive Covenants for this subdivision as it relates
solely to Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block I of Gamier Beach, according to the Amended Map thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 156, Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
Said residential restrictions pertaining thereto are hereby released as to the real property
described above in order that the same may be used for cornmercial purposes. I/ we do hereby
consent to the removal and tennination of those Restrictive Covenants recorded at Deed Book
63, Page1 and other restriction or covenant as may be contained upon the Plat of the
