ny ora ORDINANCE No. G/S— . : ATL vk AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171.04 of the Florida Statutes, the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby annexes the following tract of land to the City of Fort Walton Beach: Lot 7, Block E, Country Club Jee Estates (Wedgwood Lane) , SECTION II. The City Limits of the City of Fort Walton Beach shall be hereafter defined to include the aforesaid property. SECTION III.This ordinance shall take effect ten days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
