Consideration of a request to authorize the City Manager to execute a recognition/acknowledgement petition to the Public Employee Relations Commission to establish a separate bargaining unit for Fire Department Battalion Chiefs. Consideration of a request to approve a promotional reduction in admission price to Heritage Park and Cultural Center on four Sundays in June to coincide with the 45th Anniversary of the Indian Temple Mound Museum. Consideration of a request by Crews Investments Miracle Strip LLC, for a 12 month extension of the approval of a site plan for Alta Vista Condominiums, to be located at 220 Miracle Strip Parkway, SW. Consideration of a request by Gary McMichael, Developer, for an amendment to the site plan for The Presidio, a condominium development located at 124 Miracle Strip Parkway. Consideration of a request to approve and accept a Florida Forever Funding Agreement between the Northwest Florida Water Management District and the City of Fort Walton Beach for installation of four stormwater pollutant separators as part of the Lower Choctawhatchee Bay Storm water Initiative. If approved, staff requests Council authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement. Consideration of Resolution ( 2007- 03) of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, adopting the Interlocal Agreement for Public School Facility Planning, and providing an effective date. Consideration of Resolution ( 2007-04) of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, in support of the elimination of the cap on the Housing Trust Funds beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 and in support of full funding from the Housing Trust Funds of $ 939. 5 million for housing in the State fiscal year 2006- 07 budget, and supporting an increase in the eligible income limits for SHIP funds, and providing for an effective date.
