cD C2 A RESOLUTION 52-15 ENTITLED A RESOLUTION) ACCEPTING THE BID OF HOWARD — '(Q FOSHEE ON CERTAIN PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR THE MUNICIPAL RECREATION CENTER OF THE TOWN OF FORT WALTON, FLORIDA AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING OF SUCH EQUIPMENT TO THE SAID HOWARD T. Whereas, the Municipal Recreation Board of the Town of Fort Walton, Florida, did receive sealed bids for certain playground equipment for the Municipal Recreation Center of the Town of Fort Walton, and WHereas, the said bids were received after due and legal notice of the time anit place such bids were to be received, and Whereas, the said Municipal Recreation Board after due deliberation has recommended to this Council that the bid of Hoaward T, Foshee be accepted by this Town and that the contract for such equigment be awarded to the said Howard T, Foshee, NOW THEREFORE, THE TOWN FORT WALTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: Section One That the bid of Howard T, Foshee submitted to this Town on the | 2yth day of June, 1952 for the furnishing of the following equipment at a total price of $1,433.50 be accepted, and the Town Clerk be instructed to order delivery of the following equipment at such price: See Saw 4 Pupol No, D152h, : 6 Pupil No, D162, Senior Gym No, D1595 Merry~go=round No, D1291 Six Swing @ Ft, No, D1555 Six Swing 10 Ft.
