MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA
June 3, 1964
I special meeting of City Council, City of Fort Walton Beach,

Florida, was held at City Hall on June 3, 1964, at 5: 00 P. M.,
with the following members present:
Jimmy Ready, Mayor Pro Tem
Lee E.
Courter
Ray Jones
C. H. Long
Fred Tolbert
H. H. Carnathan
S. L. Rogers
and City Manager and City Clerk- Finance Director.
Waiver of Notice of Meeting was read stating that purpose of
meeting was to award front end loader bid.
Councilman Tolbert moved that bid be awarded to Burford
Equipment Company for a 944A Caterpillar Machine on basis of
low bid without trade- in. Motion seconded by Councilman Jones,
and the vote was aye unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 6: 00 P. M.
