STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of the final payment to SKANSKA/Lord on the
contract for the construction of the OCCAE.
BACKGROUND: The work on the contract with SKANSKA/Lord for the construction of the
Okaloosa County Courthouse Annex Extension is complete. All close-out requirements have
been met by the contractor. The required final payment notice has been placed in the media as
required.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Request approval of the final payment in the amount of $37,697 to
SKANSKA/Lord on the contract for the construction of the OCCAE.
