A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH' PARTICIPATION IN THE 201 FACILITIES PLAN,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby
endorses and accepts the concept of the 201 Facilities Plan as
at the third Public Hearing held on November 23, 1976,
presented
and as recommended by the 201 Steering Committee, and does hereby
indicate its intent to cooperate in the development and implemention
of the 201 Plan.
SECTION II. That this resolution being of an
administrative nature shall take full force and effect immediately
its passage and approval by the Mayor.
