nn in) RESOLUTION NO. 58~8 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FORMAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FORT WALTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE EXTENSION OF CITY WATER SERVICES TO DESIGNATED LOTS IN VILLA RUSS SUBDIVISION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, has deemed it expedient to extend City water mains and City water services into certain designated lots in Villa Russ Subdivision of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and WHEREAS, a formal agreement has been drawn, under the direction of the City Council, setting forth the conditions under which these extensions will be made, the estimated cost thereof, and the manner by which repayment of monies advanced for this extension will be repaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Mayor and City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into formal agreement for the extending of city water services into certain, designated lots in Villa Russ Subdivision and that all stipulations as outlined in this contract are acknowledged and will be in force when said contract has been properly executed.
