A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CLOSE OUT OF NEIGHBORHOOD
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. FLA. A-3(3) OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IF RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. Pursuant to Section 112(b) of the Rules of Housing
and Community Development Act of 1974, the City of Fort Walton Beach
request a close out of Neighborhood Development Project No. FLA A-3(3)
in order that the Secertary of HUD may approve a financial settlement
of the project.
SECTION II. This resolution being of administrative nature shall
take full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval
