An Executive Session of the City Council of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was held on Tuesday, November 16,
1999, at 6: 05 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, with the following members present
Mayor Glenda Glover
Councilmen: Clay Carnathan, Janet Baggett, Jim Dowling,Jim Tucker, Chuck Kelley. and Margie Collins
Absent Dean Covey
Also Present: Reid Silverboard, City Manager; Mark Wiltsie, Human Resource Director; Fire Chief Philip Green;
and Fire Capt. Bob Alden.

The Mayor called the meeting to order.

The public meeting was recessed to convene the Executive Session to discuss Fire Union Labor negotiations.
Councilmen Kelley and Collins departed the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
