THE GENSRAL ZONING CRDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PROVILING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the following described property presently designated
as C~l be redesignated T-2 (Trailer): Located in First Adcition te
North Hill Gardens Subdivision consisting of Iots 8, 9, 10, and 11, in
Block 10, Okaloosa County, Fort Walton Beach, Floriaa.
SECTION II, That the following describeo property oresently aesignated
aS R-l be redesigneted R-2: Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block 1, Lots
to h, inclusive, Block 3: Southeast | of Southwest 4, Section 13,
Township 2 South, Range 2l: West, Central Acdition to Fort Welton Reach,
