STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Pursuant to Okaloosa County Purchasing Procedures, purchases in
excess of $50,000 require Board approval prior to purchasing. Attached is Task Order 113 from
Peter Mayer Advertising in an amount not to exceed $533,197.00 for Print Media Pass Through
Costs associated with the Strategic Marketing Plan.
BACKGROUND: At the November 5, 2013 BCC meeting, the Okaloosa County Board of
Commissioners approved the Strategic Marketing Plan for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 through
resolution. Included in this plan was the Print Media Pass Through Costs.
Task order 113 reflects the Paid Media (hard costs) for the Print portion of the Strategic
Marketing Plan presented and approved on November 5, 2013.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve Task Order 113 from Peter Mayer Advertising in an
amount not to exceed $533,197.00 for the Print Media Pass Through Costs.
