AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 100, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ZONING
PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
CREATING S1X (6) DISTRICTS, REGULATING AND RESTRICT~
ING THE LOCATICGN AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES,
AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER
PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT AND SIZE OF STRUCTURE, THE
S$ IZE OF OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION;
ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING TERMS
USED; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT, ENFORCEMENT |
AND AMENDMENT THEREOF, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATION, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HERECF .
SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the territory of the City of Fort Walton Beach,
Florida described as follows be, and the same is hereby re#
zoned and re-designated to Cel, Commercial:
Lot 2, Bleck A and Lots 1 through 12, Block B,
all in Seabreeze Addition to Fort Walton Beach,
Florida, according to plat thereof recorded in
the public records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That in addition to the restrictions and provisions
of Ordinance Number 100 pertaining to the above described property,
that the following restrictions shall also apply, tn=wit:
A. The maximum building height of any structure erected
shall be one (1) story.
Be There shall be no outside storage and where the rear
and sides of such property abut residential property, there shall
be erected by the property owner a five (5) foot high concrete
wall separating such property from said abutting residential
property.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION h: That in order to provide for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health, safety and welfare this Ordinance
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and shall take
effect immediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
