Public Content Contract Service Agreement that has been subsequently extended, and now desires to modify certain provisions of the Contract. Section 1, Scope of Work, has been amended in its entirety to establish the terms and conditions under which the Provider shall provide courier service to seven Okaloosa County Public Library Cooperative sites. The courier service will pickup and deliver usually three (3) days a week, sometimes more, sometimes less under the guidelines specified in the Modification to Contract referring to the secured packaging and weight for safety purposes. Section 2, Term, Commencement Date shall be 10/01/2014 and extend for one (1) calendar year. Renewal will be by mutual agreement of parties at the end of the term or extended term thereafter. Section 3, The Provider designates, Eric Mitchell, Director of MIS and Instructional Technology, as the official representative for the purpose of administering this Agreement with Recipient.
