Section I Yat until such time as water meters
are available and established the rates charged all
users of water from Fort Walton Water System, the rates
to ve charged shall be determined by the size of the
water tap used.
These charges shall be as follows; To Wit:

Section II. The rates to be charged for use of the
Fort Walton Sewer System shall pe based outhe number of
Bath Rooms in use in each establishment as follows; To Wit:

SPECIAL CHARGES SHALL BE MADE TO ALL RESTAURANTS AND CAFES,
After Watersmeters have been installed the cherge for
water shall be $2e00 for Four Thousand Gallons and 25 cents
for each thousand gallons over four thousand gallons per
month
. Section III. If any section, portion or clause of this
ordinance for any reason shall be held void, inoperative or
unconstitutional, such inva@idity or unconstutionality shall
not affect or invalidate the remaining sections of provisions.
Section IV. This Ordinance shall be published as re~
quired by law and shall take effect twenty days from the time
of its final passage.
Adopted and passed this 6th day of February 1945.
