AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM C- l
TO C- 2 LOCATED IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. The following described real the
property In
City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from C- l to C- 2:
PARCEL A. - Beginning at the northwest corner of
Lot 15, Sea Breeze Subdivision, according to the
plat on file in Volume 1 of the records of Oka10osa
County, thence run Southeasterly along the South
line of U. S. Highway 98 a distance of 50 feet for
a point of beginning of this description; thence
continue Southeasterly along the South line of U. S.
Highway 98 a distance of 257. 8 feet; thence run
Southerly at an angle 91017'
of 182 feeta distance
more or less to the
edge Santa Rosa Sound;
water' s of
thence run Westerly along the water' s edge of Santa
Rosa Sound a distance of 271 feet more or less to a
point on the water' s edge of Santa Rosa Sound 25 feet
distant in the perpendicular of the West line of said
Lot 15; thence run Northerly in a line parallel to
