FINANCE DIRECTOR The City Manager reported his intention to pay the
Finance Director, Charles Evans, the amount of $ 8. 451. 20
for additional vacation time accrued.
COUNCIL MINUTES Mrs. Wyninegar moved that the Council minutes of 6- 14- 93
and 6- 22- 93. be approved. Motion was seconded by Mr.
Murtha and carried unaniBously with Nicholson. Campbell.

CITY MANAGER The City Manager reminded Council of the Elected
ANNOUNCEMENTS Officials Institute
meeting 1993 in

Crestview sponsored by the Panhandle League of Cities.
He reported on the positive feedback received on the 4th
of July fireworks. He also reported he is obtaining
information from Jim Cook. a Range Writer for the
City/ County Management Association and a retired City
Manager, to give a presentation to Council on our form of
government.
