A RESOLUTION SETTING FEB FOR WATER
METER DEPOSITS AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
SECTION I: That all future meter deposits for water service throughout the
City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and in all areas outside the corporate
limits of said City served by City Water shall be $15.00 per meter effective
immediately.
SECTION II: That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
