RESOLUTION NO. bo 9- 23 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR ENGINE- BRING SERVICES WITH CHARLES N. CLARK ASSOCIATES, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Manager on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for engineering services with Charles N. Clark Associated, Ltd. for engineering services for an addition to the golf course in accordance with the terms of the contract, a copy of which is at- tached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. SECTION 2. This resolution being of an administrative nature Shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
