RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013 BUDGET GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from United States Department of Defense - Office of Economic Adjustment (USDOD-OEA) for Eglin AFB joint land-use study carryforward grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the General Fund increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT General Government – Federal 701112R-331100 $106,955 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Contract Services – Consulting 701112-534003 $64,352 Contract Services – Personnel 701112-534500 $35,281 Travel In-County 701112-540001 $434 Travel Out-of-County 701112-540002 $459 Cell Phones/Pagers 701112-541011 $307 Postage/Freight 701112-542001 $1,219 Rent/Lease – Building 701112-544620 $3,929 Legal Advertising 701112-549901 $170 Office Supplies 701112-551001 $478 Books/Subs/Pubs/Memberships 701112-554001 $326 Adopted this regular session the 18th day of December 2012.
