Our finn represents an out of state developer desiring to development another portion of the Historic Downtown in District in your beautiful city, however before they can proceed, a parking garage solution would playa viable part is proceed forward with the moving forward with their commercial development. This developer very qualified to and has over 26 years of development experience in over 49 different states. It is their opinion, the parking purchase the City of Fort Walton Beach, would be instrumental in Landmark Center garage solution and investment proposed by forward. It is also our that the investment made by the City of Fort Walton Beach and joint Group moving opinion venture with Landmark would encourage additional developers to focus on the City of Fort Walton Beach and bring much needed revenue to this wonderful City and area. Not only do I plan on being a future business owner when the Landmark Center is completed but I have been sharing this with my friends and family all over the United States which includes the following states: Wisconsin/ Colorado/ Pennsylvania/ Georgia I know this project's impact for Fort Walton Beach will be phenomenal. The reactions I have received from the e- mails and discussions have been it is about time FWB did something like this. I believe if this developer is bringing something so wonderful and advantageous to the FWB area it is time to listen and really focus on whether FWB wants to move ahead or continue on the path of being left behind. The parking issue should be negligible compared to the wealth of beauty and quality this brings to FWB. Please take this opportunity into consideration and make sure FWB doesn' t look back with any regrets. I understand the numbers and figures and who pays for the parking is important but once again I am stressing my belief in this project. Taking it all into consideration the future looks bright.
