STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Approve Budget Transfer of $2,495 from General Fund reserve to
Department 0108 Planning Account 544620 Rent-Building.
BACKGROUND: In order to relocate a Growth Management Department employee from the 4th
floor hallway to the area of the Water and Sewer Building leased to the Growth Management Department,
the rental budget for the Department must be increased by $2,495. The decision to relocate was made
subsequent to finalizing the department's budget.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of the proposed transfer.
