THE CITY ij ITS OF THE CI'! Y OF FORT v' ALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT YV' ALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171. 04 of
the Florida Statutes the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby annexes
land to the- Fort Walton Beach:
the following tract of City of
5, Block C. Club Estates Subdivision,
Lot Country
Okaloosa Florida, plat thereof
to
County, according
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 41, Public Records of
Okaloosa County, Florida ( 7 Wedgewood Lane)
SECTION II. The Limits the City of Fort Walton
City of
Beach shall be hereafter defined to include the aforesaid property.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect ten ( 10)
days after its passage and approval by the 4ayor.
