SECOND AMENDMENT TO WORLD FillER TECHNOLOGlES, INC.
CONTRACT CI0-1838-IS
THIS AMENDMENT to the Agreement entered into by and between Okaloosa County,
the owner, hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part, and World Fiber Technologies,
Inc. or its successors, executors, administrators and assigns, hereinafter referred to as the Party of
the Second Part, signed November 17,2010, is hereby amended as follows:
Extend Contract Expiration from November 17,2014 to March 17,2015
ALL OTHER TERMS OF THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT SHALL REMAIN THE
SAME.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Second Amendment to the World Fiber Technologies,
Inc. Contract has been executed by the County and World Fiber Technologies, Inc. this
