REsoLUTION 76° 37 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO GRANT A PERPETUAL EASEMENT TO OKALOOSA COUNTY GAS DISTRICT, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I: The City Manager on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida is hereby authorized to execute the attached perpetual easement to Okaloosa County Gas District, a copy of which is attached hereto.
