RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY FOR THE UTILITIES
DEPARTMENT BY ADDING A FEE FOR A 10" WATER LINE; AND SETTING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH:
Section I. Pursuant to the authority vested in the City Council by section 10. 52. 02,
Bases of Minimum Charges of the City Code, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is
amended to include the following charge for a 10" water line, as follows:

Section II. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with the terms of this
