Attorney on this item and the next item. During
my tenure as a member of the Municipal Planning

I in meeting and determination
on items 5 and 6. Does that constitute a conflict

here. I' ve previously tendered my resignation
earlier, prior to this meeting so the Council and
Madam Mayor would have the opportunity to reconsider
or to consider a replacement for me and mainly I
appeared here tonight to report on those) matters
which I had taken over from Mr. Smith and to report
to council the status of each of those and possibly
assist my replacement who I expected to be here
1 tonight in any manner I could. 80 I don' t know if
it would be appropriate for me to advise you on
that matter and if you truly need some direction
or if your vote would be critical I would suggest
and request that
you table that particular action
til we can get with your new City Attorney.
Mr. Miller said, I feel no conflict, I' d request
