RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS - GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of State (FDOS) for carryforward grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the Supervisor of Elections - General Fund increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT General Government -Federal 701389R-331100 $32,229 Interest 701389R-361101 $13 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Postage & Freight Charges 701389-542001 $15,013 Printing & Binding 701389-547002 $17,229 Adopted this regular session the 7th day of January 2014.
