A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF ONE PARCEL
OF PROPERTY FOR BUTLER TERRACE, PHASE I REDEVELOP-
MENT AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FO~ T WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the City Manager or his official designee
is authorized to purchase one parcel of land for of
redevelopment
Butler Terrace, Phase I under the Community Development Project
and Plan for the Butler Terrace Neighborhood Strategy Area as
follows:

SECTION II. That this Resolution of
being an administrative
nature, shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
