BACKGROUND: The Board approved the FY 2015-2016 Strategic Marketing Plan on July 7, 2015, which included a line item for Media Campaign (Fall/Winter, Christmas, Snowbird, Spring/Summer, Non-Seasonal/Niche) in the amount of $2,322,010. Task Order 173 authorizes co-op marketing packages for industry partner participation to run in various outlets October 2015 through September 2016. The FY 2016 budget will be formally adopted in September. Task order approval is being requested at this time so the agency can have the media in place by October. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve Peter Mayer 173 “FY16 SMP Co-op Packages Pass-Through Costs” in the amount of $252,740, and authorize Chairman to sign.
