KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That this Indenture, made
this ~ 7~ aay of July, 1970, by and between Furniture City, Inc.,'
a Florida corporation, and Roger Wright, parties of the first part,
hereinafter, referred to as the grantors, and the City of Fort

nant:
WHEREAS, Grantors are the owners in fee simple of that cer-

of Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Grantee is desirous of constructing, maintaining
and servici~g a Utility easement through said property of grantors.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the enhancement
of the value of Grantors ' property by,' the construction and main-
tenance of said Utility Easement, Grantors do hereby grant unto
Grantee, its successors, assigns and legal representatives,. a
perpetual easement 10 feet in width, through Grantors.' aforedes-
cribed property, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and
servicing a Utility easement, and the riggt of egress and ingress
necessary to effectuate the purposes of this easement, which said
10 foot easement is more particularly described as fol~oWSi to- wit:,
The north 10 feet of Lot 12, Block First Addition 3,
to North Hill Gardens Subdivision, recorded in Plat as
Book 2 at Page 87, all: lying in Fort Walton Beach, ok a-
loosa County, Flprida.
Grantee hereby covenants, by acceptance of .this easement, to place,
Grantors' property, after the construction of said Utility Ease-
ment, in the same, or better condition, as said property was in
before commencement of construction.
