the amount of $80,000.00. Public Content Approval is requested for Program #6, Task Order #6, Pryor Middle School Kitchen Renovation. The preliminary estimate of Pre-GMP costs for this project is $80,000. The scope of this project will require engineers and consultants to perform designs and analysis that are more elaborate than normal classroom renovation projects and this estimate reflects the possible inclusion of a food service equipment consultant and/or electrical load analysis and metering efforts. The scope of work for this project consists of the renovation of the existing Pryor Middle Kitchen area within the existing perimeter walls. The intent of the renovation is to increase the serving line capacity by reconfiguring the existing space and installing larger and additional serving tables. This reconfiguration will require wall demolition and a complete redesign of the layout as well as supporting systems such as HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Proper removal and disposal of the existing ACM ceiling panels will be required before any demolition can occur. Please contact Bill Smith for additional information, 689-7158.
