ORDINANCE REPEALING PARAGRAPH ( a) and ( b) OF
SECTION 21A- 24 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO ELIMINATE
TOW CHARGES PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fort
Walton Beach, Florida:
SECTION I. - That paragraph ( a) and ( b) of Section 21A- 24
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Walton Beach is
hereby amended to read as follows:
A) Towing fees for vehicles shall be
charged as per the last annual bid
accepted for towing vehicles.
SECTION II. -This Ordinance shall take effect ten ( 10)
days after the passage and approval by the
