() ) RESOLUTION 77 -a¢ A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO EXECUTE A CORRECTIVE DEED TO JOHNNY FORTUNE AS TRUSTEE CORRECTING CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS IN A PREVIOUS DEED FROM THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. The City Manager on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to execute the attached corrective deed to Johnny Fortune as Trustee for the purpose of correcting the uses of certain property previously conveyed by the City of Fort Walton Beach to the said prior Trustee.
